Delivery to any post office within 3–8 calendar days.

EMS Express Delivery (Russia)
Courier delivery to your door within 3–6 calendar days.
EMS International Express Delivery
Delivery takes 7–30 calendar days depending on your location. Please check availability for your country.

Production Time
Standard orders take 2.5 to 3.5 weeks to complete, depending on size and design complexity. For custom or intricate pieces, timelines may vary. Your manager will provide exact timing after you select your piece.
Payment Options If You're in Moscow

- Visit our office at the scheduled time: Moscow, Bolshaya Sadovaya St., 5, Office 209 (2-minute walk from Mayakovskaya metro, main entrance of Hotel Pekin)
- At the office: View samples (please let us know in advance which items you're interested in). Get your measurements taken. Sign a purchase agreement
- Pay 50% upfront via bank card (receipt sent via email)
- Pay the remaining 50% when you pick up the finished piece

If You're in Another City or Country
If ordering a ring, get your exact size (avoid home measurements – visit a jewelry store for accurate sizing, usually free).
- Send us the following details via WhatsApp or Telegram: Desired item(s) / Sizes / Metal type (gold, silver, platinum)
- We will prepare a contract offer and email you a payment link.
- Pay 50% upfront for custom orders or 100% for in-stock items (link will be in the contract).
- Once ready, we’ll send you photos of the finished piece via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — this serves as confirmation of completion.
- Pay the remaining 50% + delivery cost before we ship your order via your chosen method.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
If the Ring Size Doesn’t Fit
Unfortunately, not all rings can be resized. Please check in advance with our team whether your chosen design is resizable.

If resizing is possible, in 90% of cases any local jeweler can resize it without affecting the design. (Average cost in Russia: ~2,000 RUB)
If resizing is not possible locally:
- Send the ring back to our office in Moscow.
- If the size doesn't match the one in your contract, we will resize and cover return shipping free of charge.
- If the sizing error was on the client’s side, the cost of resizing and shipping will be at your expense.
