Answers to frequently asked questions
1) Can I try on a piece before placing an order? If you've found a piece you like in our catalog, you can try on a sample (depending on availability) at our client office: Moscow, Bolshaya Sadovaya St. 5, Office 209. Please note that visits are by appointment only. Make sure to check in advance if the specific model you're interested in is available for viewing, as not all pieces have physical samples.
2) If you’d like to order a custom design based on your own idea or photo, unfortunately, we do not provide try-ons. We do not create metal prototypes in advance, and wax models cannot be tried on, as they are too fragile and can be damaged easily.
1) The only truly reliable method is to visit any jewelry store and ask them to measure your finger. All stores offer this service for free. It's important to ask for a special metal ring sizer in the form of rings, as trying on display rings often leads to errors!
2) If you're ordering a ring as a gift or for a proposal, and you want to keep it a surprise, the easiest way is to ask the person's friends or acquaintances (they often know the exact size).
3) If that's not possible, you can wrap a thread around the finger and measure the inner diameter of the resulting circle – that will be the ring size. But this method is very unreliable and often leads to errors.
4) If you have a ring that is worn on the same finger, there are two ways:
- Take the ring to a jewelry store or jeweler to have them measure the exact size (this is a fairly reliable method). You can also bring the ring to our client office (the most accurate method).
- Or, measure the inner diameter of the ring with a caliper/ruler – this will be the ring size, rounded to the nearest 0.5 mm (unfortunately, there won't be much precision in this case):

Most stones can be sourced quickly unless they're particularly rare. Send us a message with the type of gemstones you'd like to use for your chosen piece — we’ll let you know what options are available and, if applicable, provide a gemstone palette for that model.
